Petite Friendly Boots for Fall

One of you asked a great question on TikTok the other day, “Any tips for fall boots? I feel like booties totally shorten my legs and tall boots hide my legs.” And girl, I get it! As a petite gal myself *ahem, 5-feet tall to be exact* I completely understand the struggle.

So I’m putting together a round-up of petite friendly fall boots & booties! But what makes a pair of boots petite friendly..?

  1. Platforms- Platforms on boots help add height, and extend the leg. They create a longer leg line and won’t visually cut off your legs like other boots might.

2. Neutral Colors- Nude or skin-tone boots (or boots that match the color of your outfit) can create the illusion of longer legs since they blend in with your skin or what you’re wearing.

3. Pointed Toes- Pointed toe booties can elongate the appearance of your legs. They create a more streamlined and continuous look, making your legs appear both longer and slimmer. Opt for pointed toe over a rounded toe, which can make legs appear shorter.

4. Over the Knee Boots- Tall boots that hit just below or just above the knees are ideal and will ensure your legs don’t appear cut off due to improper fit.

I’ve rounded up my favorite fall boots & booties that fit the criteria! You don’t have to be petite for these to work for you, but they are petite friendly! You can click into any of the below pictures to shop.
